Clinical Specialist

AbbVie

• Identifies educational needs and makes recommendations to improve clinical practice in aesthetics. • Develops a personalized training pathway for each healthcare professional enrolled in a facilitation program, based on their self-assessment of knowledge, skills and confidence level. • Establishes a personalized AMI facilitation pathway with the healthcare professional, aligned with the AMI Infinity program, to help improve patient outcomes. • Ensures a high level of service through reliable and prompt follow-up after each interaction with healthcare professionals. • Records all activities in VEEVA CRM to enable KPI tracking. • Guides healthcare professionals through their educational pathways using AA AMI Digital World (AMIDW). • Supports the implementation of key AMI events for the affiliate, at the request of the AMI manager.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in a clinical discipline such as medicine, nursing or dentistry.
  • Other patient-facing clinical roles may also be accepted, for example physiotherapy or clinical pharmacy.
  • Experience in a commercial or clinical specialist role within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry, ideally in aesthetics.
  • Experience in facilitation, training or coaching, including event management, preparing and delivering workshops, and other training formats.
  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
  • Fluent English.
  • Data-oriented mindset and experience tracking activities in a CRM tool.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
