Role Description - Regularly manage and triage inbound messages via Meta Business suite to flag and escalate any potential leads or concerns. - Schedule and publish content across all platforms on time, following the agreed content calendar. - Track post-level insights/analytics (reach, engagement, saves, etc.) and report which content types are performing best, so the team can replicate what works. - Draft copy in both English and Tagalog for posts, captions, and replies where needed. Qualifications - Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite required; hands-on experience preferred. - Comfortable reading platform analytics/insights and drawing basic conclusions (not just reporting raw numbers). - Excellent written English and Tagalog. - Proactive and responsive. - Able to commit 3–6 months minimum, remote. Role Description This course examines all aspects of the public safety system from an organizational perspective and evaluates public safety organizations in the larger environmental context. Students will analyse external organizations, public interest, and provincial and national policy and explore the changing and expanding role of the public safety system. Current issues will be examined through case studies. This course will examine the impacts of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube on law enforcement and investigation practices. Students will learn how to effectively communicate with the general public through social media platforms. Conversely, students will be exposed to cultural criminal theories, critical Marxist theories, and Foucauldian theory. In addition, students will identify how real-time virtual public platforms allow law enforcement officials to discover, conduct, and analyze evidence in solving online crimes. In turn, law enforcement officials will be able to use social platforms as agents of social control to assist in reducing the amount of online/virtual deviance, i.e., cyberbullying.
