Role Description Looking for Philippines-based candidates for the role of AI Automation Specialist/AI Architect. Compensation range: $2,000 AUD - $2,500 AUD / Monthly Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time. Role Overview: - Looking for an AI Architect to be the founder's partner on every piece of AI and automation built across the group. - You won't manage a team; you'll be the team for this work. - Design, build, teach, and extend AI systems as needed. - Not a virtual assistant role; requires architectural thinking. - Work directly with the founder and have full ownership of the AI stack. - Proactive, highly curious, commercially minded, and comfortable experimenting with tools, workflows, and ideas. Qualifications - Hands-on experience building with LLM tooling in production. - Understanding of marketing, social media, content production, and growth. - Experience with sales pipelines and CRMs. - Understanding of business operations and project delivery. - Comfortable in a small business context. - Ability to communicate effectively with founders and engineers. - Strong opinions about tools, architecture, and sequencing. - Interest in hospitality, design, growth, or creative work. Requirements - Built and deployed production agents using Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar. - End-to-end ownership of at least one AI/automation system in a real business. - Hands-on with marketing and social tooling: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Klaviyo, scheduling platforms, SEO tools. - Hands-on with CRM and sales tooling: Streak, HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar, plus LinkedIn Sales Nav and enrichment platforms. - Hands-on with ops and project tooling: Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Google Workspace. - Experience designing prompts, evaluation, memory, and tool-use for agentic systems. - Exposure to interiors, architecture, hospitality, marketing, or creative services.
