Seeking a Lease Administration Contractor to support wireless leasing activities for its Land and Leasing team. This position will manage high-volume lease administration activities related to wireless cell sites, including ground leases, collocation agreements, amendments, and coordination with landlord and other internal/external stakeholders. Lease Administration Responsibilities: - Draft, review and process leases and wireless real estate agreements, including ground leases, collocation agreements, amendments and access agreements. - Coordinate with landlords, tower companies, municipalities, school districts and internal stakeholders. - Maintain accurate lease records in contract lifecycle management systems. - Support high-volume amendment and documentation workflows related to network upgrade and decommissioning projects. - Prepare reports on lease status, critical dates, and portfolio activity.
