In this role, you'll serve as a vital connection between our Home Care and Home Health teams by: - Reviewing Change in Condition (CIC) forms submitted by Home Health Aides. - Identifying patients who may benefit from skilled home health services. - Coordinating referrals with the Clinical Liaison and Home Health Intake Coordinator. - Tracking and following up on hospitalized or skilled nursing facility patients returning home. - Educating patients and families about available home health services and continuity of care. - Conducting follow-up calls and visits to assess ongoing patient needs. - Completing caregiver skills checks during orientation. - Educating caregivers on recognizing changes in patient condition and the CIC process. - Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely communication across care teams. • The Reimbursement Operations & Field Market Access lead is the execution engine of the U.S. HEMA organization. • This role is the closest link to the sales and marketing organization and serves as the primary tactical interface with providers, payers, and field teams. • This is both a payer-facing and provider-facing role. • On the payer side, this person develops value dossiers, manages payer advisory boards, and supports key account engagement. • On the provider side, this person generates billing guides, fields customer reimbursement questions, develops provider education materials, and supports all field logistics related to coding implementation. • In Phase 1, this role carries both midstream and downstream responsibilities—from code acquisition and payment policy implementation through to field collateral generation and customer support. • This person generates code and billing manuals, is responsible for all field logistics requiring implementation of new or existing codes, and directly fields customer questions regarding reimbursement.

• Fulfil the "TMF Approver" role as defined by the relevant Standard Operation Procedure(s) (SOP) and working practices. • Process, review, and resolve rejected Trial Master File (TMF) documents, for multiple studies both in an electronic and hard copy format. • Work with a variety of Electronic Document Management and electronic TMF Systems to review, classify and process Essential Documents. • Communicate directly with RMC Lead to report trends and issues relevant to the TMF. • Escalate any TMF Quality issues in a timely manner to RMC Lead. • Provide administrative support for the RMC Lead including but not limited to filing and maintaining internal documents on study SharePoint (TMF Quality Control checklists and different trackers). • Perform additional tasks as assigned by their Line Manager.

What You'll Bring - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. - At least 5 years of network administration experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and routing and switching protocols, including at least 3 years of cloud networking experience across AWS, GCP, and hybrid data center connectivity. - Proven ability to architect, build, and scale complex network infrastructure. - A strong track record of mentoring engineers, leading change and design reviews, and driving high-impact technical decisions across cross-functional teams. - Hands-on experience with Aruba switching and FortiGate firewalls, along with a strong understanding of BGP, routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, and hybrid cloud connectivity. - Proven experience with infrastructure as code, Git-based workflows (GitOps), and advanced scripting in Python and Bash. - Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog and hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools, including Claude, Codex, and Gemini. - Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence technical roadmaps, align cross-functional teams, explain complex infrastructure concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and develop engineering talent through coaching and technical guidance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain composed while leading the resolution of critical production issues. #LI-OK1 Join Our Team We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.
