CPM Team Lead

The Creative Project Manager Team Lead role is an internal only opportunity created to give current Kotisians exposure to leadership. This role is designed for team members who want to develop leadership skills and evaluate a future move into a full management role, typically within the next six months. As a Team Lead, you will serve as a go-to resource for the team and cross‑functional partners, support training and onboarding, and help manage escalations. You’ll lead by example, balancing mentorship and coaching with continued ownership of client work. This role is ideal for a high‑performing team member who enjoys supporting others, is curious about leadership, and wants to grow into management without immediately taking on full people‑management responsibility. This is a fully remote position. Serve as a mentor and day‑to‑day coach for the team, helping team members increase time spent on high‑impact work Hold weekly 1:1 meetings with team members to provide coaching, feedback, and support Identify opportunities and support implementation to improve team effectiveness, morale and workflows Collaborate consistently with the manager of the assistants and work together to increase the productivity of support Resolve client and project escalations Assign new clients based on team capacity, individual skill sets, and client complexity Champion of Kotis core values Conduct recognition to celebrate team wins and individual contributions Plan team events, competitions and watercoolers Provide coverage support for team members when needed Perform other related duties as assigned Up to 50% of your time will include managing your own book of business
Job Requirements
- 5+ years Project Management, Account Management, or Sales experience required
- Strong PC skills and experience working with Microsoft Office suite required
- Creative
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Passionate about training and providing daily coaching to team members
- Exemplary time management skills with a focus on attention to detail
- AA, BS/BA or equivalent experience
- Compensation
- $85-90K base + bonus
