Job Description

Auto Field Adjuster

Allstate

• Assess vehicle damage and conduct on‑site inspections • Document losses and write repair estimates • Manage estimating process including supplements and negotiations • Maintain thorough documentation and communicate with customers and partners

Job Requirements

  • Prior insurance carrier experience in an auto field appraisal or estimating role
  • Hands-on experience handling supplements and repair negotiations
  • Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software such as CCC, Audatex, or Mitchell
  • Strong field assessment skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
