Role Description CarePoint Response is seeking an experienced and compassionate Prescriber to provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and clinical consultation services within our behavioral health programs. - Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments. - Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric treatment services. - Support medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and recovery-oriented interventions. - Participate in overdose prevention and response initiatives, including targeted naloxone distribution. - Provide psychiatric consultation to nurses, clinicians, and allied healthcare professionals. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure continuity of care. - Support coordinated treatment planning across behavioral health programs. - Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. - Ensure services comply with SAMHSA guidance, federal and state regulations, and organizational policies. - Utilize precise, objective, and person-first clinical language in all documentation and communications. - Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance efforts. Qualifications - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). - Current unrestricted Maryland medical license. - Active DEA registration. - Active Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) registration. - Previous psychiatric practice experience required. - Leadership experience in evidence-based crisis intervention services preferred. - Strong psychiatric assessment and medication management skills. - Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to prepare clear, objective, and regulatory-compliant clinical documentation. - Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and data-driven clinical practice. - Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and person-centered care. • Manage biomarker related operational work for clinical trials and programs. • Act as biomarker operation representative to lead/participate in cross-functional activities and initiatives. • Act as key vendor liaison to manage vendor relationship, resolve account level issues and improve processes. • Oversee and manage the performance of junior project managers. • Independently manage biomarker and bio-sample testing activities for clinical trials. • Oversee lab vendor performance and act as key vendor liaison to resolve account level issues and improve collaboration and processes. • Collaborate and communicate with internal functional stakeholders to drive the biomarker related works for clinical trials. • Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams as biomarker operation representative and lead/participate cross-functional activities and initiatives. • Collaborate with internal teams to review key study documents and provide training to investigator sites as needed for sample collection schedule, sample processing and shipment. • Participate in clinical study team meetings and program meetings, providing updates and insights related to biomarker activities and progress. • Have a good knowledge of CDx regulations and manage three-way communications with both device partners and lab vendors.

• Lead Medicaid Clinical Operations, including clinical and nonclinical teams supporting utilization management, care management/service coordination, program operations, process improvement, training, and project execution. • Establish clear operating rhythms, accountability structures, workforce productivity expectations, and performance management processes across distributed clinical operations teams. • Build and sustain an engaged, high-performing leadership culture focused on associate development, retention, operational discipline, and measurable outcomes. • Develop and execute Medicaid clinical operations strategies that support growth, market expansion, state contract requirements, enterprise priorities, and scalable operating model transformation. • Translate clinical strategy, market commitments, and program designs into operational workflows, staffing models, performance targets, and implementation plans. • Oversee Medicaid utilization management and care management/service coordination functions, ensuring consistent clinical practices, regulatory compliance, timely decision-making, and appropriate escalation management. • Strengthen care navigation, member access, provider coordination, and interventions that reduce avoidable utilization and improve health outcomes. • Partner with Product, Technology, Data, Analytics, and Operations teams to translate Clinical Operation’s needs, regulatory requirements, workflow gaps, and performance priorities into clear business requirements, use cases, and solution expectations. • Establish, monitor, and improve key performance metrics, including quality, compliance, cost of care, access, utilization, productivity, service levels, member experience, provider experience, revenue, margin, and client or contract performance commitments.
