Role Description Help Clients Begin Their Path to Recovery. Provide behavioral health and substance use counseling services that support clients during treatment, including assessment, counseling, and care planning. The Opportunity We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator to support quality improvement, compliance monitoring, and performance evaluation initiatives within CarePoint Response’s Mobile Response Services program. In this role, you will: - Conduct chart audits, operational reviews, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. - Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance processes, procedures, and standard operating procedures. - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with program leadership and multidisciplinary staff, including therapists and peer support specialists, to support training initiatives and enhance service delivery. - Promote continuous quality improvement and ensure the provision of high-quality mobile response services. Essential Functions - Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures. - Monitor day-to-day operations for compliance with internal and external standards. - Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate quality performance. - Assist in writing, revising, and monitoring the department’s SOPs and quality documentation. - Collaborate with various departments to support continuous improvement efforts. - Maintain detailed and accurate records related to audits, reviews, and inspections. - Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices. - Stay current with industry regulations and quality trends. - Collaborate with the Senior Director of Mobile Response and Mobile Response Directors and Supervisors to identify training needs. Role Description CarePoint Response is seeking an experienced and compassionate Prescriber to provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and clinical consultation services within our behavioral health programs. - Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments. - Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric treatment services. - Support medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and recovery-oriented interventions. - Participate in overdose prevention and response initiatives, including targeted naloxone distribution. - Provide psychiatric consultation to nurses, clinicians, and allied healthcare professionals. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure continuity of care. - Support coordinated treatment planning across behavioral health programs. - Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. - Ensure services comply with SAMHSA guidance, federal and state regulations, and organizational policies. - Utilize precise, objective, and person-first clinical language in all documentation and communications. - Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance efforts. Qualifications - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). - Current unrestricted Maryland medical license. - Active DEA registration. - Active Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) registration. - Previous psychiatric practice experience required. - Leadership experience in evidence-based crisis intervention services preferred. - Strong psychiatric assessment and medication management skills. - Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to prepare clear, objective, and regulatory-compliant clinical documentation. - Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and data-driven clinical practice. - Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and person-centered care. Be the steady support clients need during treatment — guiding them through assessment, counseling, and care planning with compassion and clinical expertise. We are seeking a Call Center Counselor to support individuals receiving care by coordinating transitions across the system of care and serving as a key point of engagement for callers. In this role, you will: - Assess needs across mental health, medical, and social service domains. - Initiate referrals to internal and external providers. - Actively monitor progress toward individualized goals. - Partner closely with individuals, their identified care teams, and community stakeholders to facilitate timely access to services, including residential admissions when appropriate. This position requires the use of person-centered, evidence-based practices and strong collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. What You’ll Do: - Supports the delivery of services and engagement of individuals under care by participating in supervision and team meetings. - Uses person-focused evidence-based best practices as identified in program policies and procedures, to recognize and honor the caller’s unique needs, strengths, preferences, and goals. - Assesses the needs of the individual receiving care across multiple domains including mental health, medical, social, and other services by completing needs assessment and other appropriate tools. - Initiates and submits referrals to medical and behavioral health care, community programs, and service providers. - Develops and maintains strong working knowledge of care partners, service providers, and stakeholders across the system of care. - Collaborates with care team members for admission into the residential milieu through the bed registry, and/or by engaging external stakeholders and service providers when appropriate and as directed during these transitions. - Demonstrates adherence to program, department, and company policies, expectations, and behavioral competencies, both explicit and implicit. - All tasks, projects, and/or duties as assigned and authorized, as determined by Human Resources and Direct Supervisor (or designated delegate) to be congruent with the role.
