• Partner with Global Engineering and Services ITR leadership to define and institutionalize holistic Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and configuration management processes and system designs • Lead the enterprise-wide migration and integration of PLM and Service Bill of Material (SBOM) capabilities within ERP environments while influencing PLM design for future Services Lifecycle Management strategy • Architect and drive the integration strategy between PLM, outage planning platforms, and ERP systems • Translate high-level business strategies into scalable, measurable process models • Act as the primary liaison between global business stakeholders (Global Process Excellence, Region ITR, Services Operations Teams, Projects & Engineered Solutions) and IT delivery teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- 10+ additional years of experience in cross functional roles supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Engineering organizations
- Functional expertise with GEV Applications including PLM, RealTrack, CPQ and Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud platforms, as well as ERP-integrated environments (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Proven experience leading service, operations, engineering transformations across regions
- Ability to interface and influence all levels of customer organization as well as other functions
- Strong oral/written communication skills as well as interpersonal & leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into scalable digital solutions in partnership with IT
