• Consulting with application owners and users to onboard application-level monitoring • working with SIEM team to ingest logs including any required ticketing • validating log integrity • holding discussions with log owners to document log and for completeness of logs • Work within a collaborative team environment passionate about innovating our toolset as we evolve into a hybrid world
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow and Jira Service Management
- Experience in applying the NIST Cybersecurity Framework to operational and security processes
- Experienced in managing cloud environments and DevOps tools across public clouds, including AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting a variety of log formats, including ISS, JSON, and others
- Experience in using Splunk to review application logs and map fields within Enterprise Security
