Omatic

• Own day-to-day partner relationships across partner portfolio • Lead external enablement sessions • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners • Develop individualized partner strategies and joint go-to-market plans • Identify and onboard new partners • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute partner initiatives • Track and report on key partner metrics

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related sales/account management role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively articulate value proposition
  • Strategic and structured thinker, data-driven
  • Foundational understanding of integration landscape (ETL, application integration, workflow automation) preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
