Role Description The Project Coordinator supports project delivery by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, aligned with PMO standards across US-based operations. - Schedule, prioritize, and coordinate work orders with vendors, onsite teams, and stakeholders - Allocate resources, resolve scheduling issues, and ensure work order readiness - Track, complete, document, and submit work orders for billing - Monitor performance against timelines, quality standards, SLAs, and KPIs - Communicate status updates and confirm completion with stakeholders - Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards - Provide guidance to teams and perform other related duties as needed Work Set-up / Work Schedule: Remote, 8:00 PM–5:00 AM EST and 11:00 PM–8:00 AM EST Qualifications - At least 1 year of project coordination or operations support experience - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools - Proficient in MS Office; strong documentation and workflow coordination skills - Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent English communication skills (phone and email) - Detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to manage multiple priorities - Flexible to work in US-based hours and adapt to changing project needs - Team-oriented with ability to support and guide others Benefits - Day 1 HMO + 1 free dependent - Health and Wellness Reimbursement Benefits - Sunlife Group Insurance - Company Salary Loans - Government contributions - Assistance with government loan payments - 13th month pay - Night differential pay - Holiday pay (for hours worked on holidays) - Mandated Leaves - Work equipment provided Company Description New Era Technology, where People First is at the heart of everything we do.
