Here you can live your passion Job Description You'll work hands-on across employee experience and HR operations alongside a team that moves with purpose and is always looking to do things better. Your responsibilities will span three core areas. Employee Experience & Communications - Support the planning and delivery of employee experience initiatives in partnership with the HR team and Employee Resource Groups - and look for ways to make them more impactful each time. - Assist in designing EDMs and visuals for internal announcements. And help us continuously improve how we communicate with our people. - Help coordinate staff welfare touchpoints (e.g., marriage, newborn, long service awards) and contribute to improving these processes. Employee Lifecycle - Assist with end to end onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and communications. - Help prepare employee letters and support the maintenance of accurate, up-to-date templates HR Operations - Support invoice processing and vendor coordination - gaining visibility into how HR manages its external relationships and budget - Assist in maintaining the monthly HR events calendar, keeping planning on track and stakeholders informed. - Support HR analytics by helping compile and present data - and use those insights to recommend where we should focus our improvement efforts. - Contribute to broader HR initiatives. Qualifications Please note that this is a full-time 6-month internship opportunity from January - June 2027 for undergraduate students.
