Role Description This position is National Remote. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. CSP Engagement Specialists will place outbound calls, as well as answer return calls, to members to determine eligibility and enroll in the cancer support program. This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 2 weeks of paid training. The hours during training on the first week will be 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday. The second week will be aligned with the normal work schedule. Training will be conducted virtually from your home. Primary Responsibilities: - Complete thorough documentation of call interactions with real time talking and typing - Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members or internal customers - Make outbound calls to members with a cancer diagnosis to provide education on the value of Cancer Support Program (CSP) - Data collection from members, inputting information into an assessment to determine eligibility - Coordinate information to clinical team partners Qualifications - High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience - Must be 18 years of age OR older - 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook) as your primary work tools - 1+ years of experience in Telephonic Customer service - Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday.
