Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years of experience in accounting roles which required detailed analysis of support data (or previous experience as an Analyst) with specific knowledge of data gathering systems and their uses in creating reports.
- Must have excellent problem-solving abilities, showing initiative in finding workable solutions.
- Must have strong attention to detail, system knowledge and the ability to assimilate multiple sources of information into summary data for billing purposes. Demonstrates vigilance in analysis to ensure final conclusions are accurate and precise.
- Must be computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications including spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail, database management, and prefer experience with Oracle. MS excel skill must be advanced.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate across functional lines. Utilizes interpersonal skills when working with clients, both internal and external, to accomplish goals.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment. This requires strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills.

Role Description The E-Billing Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of invoice submissions via various e-billing platforms and resolving e-billing issues for the law firm's e-billed clients. Excellent communication and a high level of professional service to management, attorneys, and other staff is required to succeed in this role.
