We also have comprehensive leadership and technical development academies to help build your skills and capabilities. - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define key business metrics and gather requirements for which insights should be made available at scale. - Architect data pipelines, design, and build new dashboards for stakeholders to address their needs. - Maintain and improve existing data infrastructure and dashboards based on evolving business requirements. - Publish and maintain clear documentation to inform and educate users at scale, gather feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. - Identify ways to streamline and improve the efficiency of our data. - Implement changes to our infrastructure (optimize SQL queries and data workflows) to improve the landing time of our data. - Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and gaps and align on solutions. - Lead projects end to end, see around corners, and provide thought partnership to your team. - Demonstrate full contractual understanding of client and departmental requirements to ensure analytics deliverables align with contractual obligations, service-level expectations, and business outcomes. - Partner with leadership to identify data-driven improvements, surface risks or issues, and support solution-based initiatives and transformational projects. - Act as a trusted analytics advisor to leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and proactive guidance based on data trends and performance metrics. - Support operational and strategic decision-making through clear communication of complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications - 2-5 years of Data Analytics experience. - Experience in Python and/or other data scripting languages. - Experience utilizing a business intelligence visualization tool (Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). - Experience in querying and analyzing and working with data languages and platforms to investigate large and diverse data sets. - Demonstrated ability to learn and apply newly emerging data analytic toolkits depending on the problem statement. - Possess analytical strength and curiosity to understand and explain questions and observations in data. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you will need to solve unique problems with creative and efficient solutions. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience coding in SQL. - At least 2 years of experience working within process management and improvement methodologies – Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc. - At least 1 year of experience utilizing and developing within a cloud environment (AWS/Azure preferred). - At least 1 year of experience working with and demonstrating knowledge of data governance, data quality management concepts, and data quality tools. - At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.). - At least 2 years of experience supporting contracts or working within a contractual or client-based services environment, including adherence to SLAs, performance metrics, and regulatory requirements. - Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading projects, mentoring junior analysts, or serving as a functional or technical lead on cross-functional initiatives. - Experience working directly with executive or senior leadership to define reporting needs, present insights, and influence decision-making. - Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to balance competing priorities, deadlines, and business needs. - Experience working in highly regulated environments (healthcare, government, public sector, or similar preferred). - Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability, communication, and productivity. You will serve as a vital role as a “data detective” investigating trends underlying KPIs to uncover the "why" behind performance. Collaborating with merchandising and ecomm teams, you will go beyond retrospective reporting to identify who is impacted and what it means for our future. Your proactive, forward-looking insights will guide, monitor, and measure key ecomm and merchandising strategies. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities - Data Analysis: Dive deep into sales, inventory, and website activity to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. - Reporting: Create clear, concise, and insightful dashboards via Power Bi, Looker Studio, and Excel Pivots. - Forecasting: Use statistical models to create forward-looking prediction models. - Presentations: Present analyses in a clear, interpretable, and applicable way that can be shared widely, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical partners. - Collaborate: Partner with data engineering, ecommerce teams, and across analytics to share learnings, align on methodologies and leverage best practices.
