Role Description We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sr Data Analyst – Marketing Analytics to join the Tailored Brands Enterprise Analytics team. The Sr Data Analyst – Marketing Analytics will partner closely with Marketing and other business stakeholders on our customer and marketing activities – evaluating performance, analyzing customer acquisition, and identifying opportunities to attract, retain, and delight customers. In this role, you will leverage your skills in stakeholder management, data processing, experimentation, AI-enabled analytics, and storytelling to ensure quality analytical work that is impactful to business outcomes. You will also coordinate with senior leadership to understand what’s working, what we should change, and make thoughtful tradeoffs between tactics. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in analytics, with progressive responsibility initiating, executing, and presenting projects for cross-functional teams. - Comfort working with AI-enabled tools and technologies to accelerate analysis, improve productivity, and support business decision-making. - Fluent with complex SQL queries and dataset transformations on large datasets. - Experience in quantitative marketing, including correlation, clustering, segmentation, regression, and marketing performance analysis. - Experience with advanced data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. - Strong ability to interpret data and turn it into practical business actions, recommendations, and prioritization decisions. - Strong practical business sense, with the ability to balance analytical rigor with real-world tradeoffs. - Familiarity with marketing channels and external agencies including social, search, and display. - Familiarity with A/B testing methodology, test design, measurement, and translating results into marketing actions. - Familiarity with evaluating performance of loyalty programs. - Strong communication and collaboration skills; acts as a bridge among business, analytics, and engineering teams. - Proven ability to deliver highly complex analytics projects involving methodology development, analysis, strategic recommendations, and presentation of findings. - Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and project management software like JIRA, GitHub, and Confluence. - Confidence to scrutinize and share the limitations of analyses when the data isn’t perfect. - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field like Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, or Industrial Engineering, or relevant experience. Requirements - Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. - Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily. - Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally. - Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment. - Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote office location. The starting salary for this position is $106,800 – $163,600. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $222,394. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
