Virtual Speech Language Pathologist

HealthPro Pediatrics has an exciting opportunity available for a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist in Hillsborough County, FL! 100% Remote (Requires an SLP license in the state of FL) Virtual School Setting Pay Range $45-48 an hour W2 with medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K Responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results. Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement. Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Under supervision, the Therapist provides individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family.
