Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to staff and caregivers. If you are a skilled and compassionate professional with a passion for helping individuals with special needs, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify behavioral needs and goals. - Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessments and clinical data. - Implement and supervise the implementation of BIPs in various settings, including clinic, home, school, via telehealth. - Monitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments. - Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports. - Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: - A passion for working with children and families to help them succeed. - Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing BIPs. - Excellent data collection and analysis skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals. - Dedication to ethical standards and professional development.
Job Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
- Must be physically located in the state of Tennessee.
- Must possess a Tennessee LBA or be in the process of obtaining.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various client locations.
- Physical Requirements:
- Physical capabilities include walking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching above head, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
