Credentialing and Provider Enrollment Coordinator

Role Description Complete the day to day credentialing/re-credentialing for all providers. Ensure the provider file from ACVS meets managed care criteria. - Completes state specific credentialing verifications as necessary. - Send newly credentialed rosters to all delegated payers. - Complete and submit CAQH applications to all non-delegated payers. - Run rosters for all delegated audits. - Assist in audits related to credentialing/enrollment. - Process provider data updates, changes and terms in MD Staff and submit to payers monthly. - Follow up with payers to ensure new providers are loaded timely and correctly. - Produce required documentation to meet payer and NCQA guidelines. - Stays abreast of regulatory, legal and legislative issues and requirements and communicates changes. Qualifications - High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Requirements - 2 or 3 years of delegated credentialing experience, strongly preferred. - 2 or 3 years of health plan experience, strongly preferred. Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Full Time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care. In this role, you'll be primarily traveling - up to 100% of the time - across a defined coverage area, as defined by business needs. This may require overnight hotel stays, car rentals and/or flights, depending on the prescribed coverage area. Holding multiple state licenses will be required, as dictated by business needs. You'll play a critical role in building trusted relationships to make people healthier, helping bring flexible, comprehensive and personalized health evaluations right to people's front doors. Job highlights The visit, which lasts about 45 minutes, allows for time to connect one-on-one and answer health questions. It includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the person's health plan, additional diagnostic tests (i.e., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.). You'll use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation and are not required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests or alter people's current treatment regimen. Role Description We are actively searching for a Senior Meeting Planner (SMP) to add to our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a number of association clients, providing full-scope event management services for small to mid-sized meetings and events. The primary job of a SMP is to successfully execute all meetings included under the contracted scope of services for their clients. Responsibilities include: - Acting as a primary point of contact for the client. - Fulfilling daily event-related needs and ensuring smooth functioning of client teams. - Working under the direction of a Meeting Director (MD) when applicable. Typical meetings are 1-3 days in length, have 50-100 attendees, sponsors, a small number of exhibitors, poster sessions, keynote and breakout sessions, and off-site receptions. This position will be full-service in nature, managing all aspects of the meeting process.
