• Maintain and manage CT's Azure cloud infrastructure such as App Services, Front Door, SQL Server, and Web Application Firewall • Manage client security questionnaires, write and maintain security policy documentation, and run disaster recovery testing • Communicate directly with clients during new software installations and troubleshoot connectivity or configuration issues as they arise • Generating 30%+ of your code output using AI-assisted development tools—and using them thoughtfully to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality • Shepherd end-of-life cycle products while keeping existing systems running smoothly

• This is a new role on a new team. • Your job is to help Nagarro win work by crafting the narratives, strategies, and proposals that make clients say yes. • The core of the job: turn ambiguous opportunities into compelling, differentiated proposals that win. • Develop narrative strategies for pursuits, RFPs, and proactive proposals that differentiate Nagarro in competitive evaluations. • Help clients identify opportunities at the intersection of business, technology, and AI before they know how to ask for them. • Shape product and design strategy within proposals, grounding every pitch in credible, specific thinking about how things should be built. • Translate complex AI and technology capabilities into clear stories that connect to client problems and business outcomes. • Contribute to standing up AI-native teams at Nagarro, shaping how those teams are positioned and sold. • Build reusable narrative frameworks, case study assets, and pitch patterns that raise the quality bar across pursuits. • Use AI as a core part of your own workflow: research, synthesis, drafting, analysis.

• Technically lead development teams, serving as a reference for architecture and software engineering decisions. • Define scalable, secure, and resilient architectures aligned with business objectives. • Ensure the technical quality of deliveries through code reviews, definition of standards, and best practices. • Identify technical risks and drive mitigation plans. • Manage and prioritize initiatives to reduce technical debt. • Support developers in investigating complex issues, fostering autonomy and critical thinking. • Disseminate technical knowledge through mentoring, feedback, and sharing best practices. • Develop the team technically through code reviews, individual development plans (IDPs), continuous feedback, and one-on-one follow-ups. • Conduct 1:1 meetings, supporting professionals' development. • Work in partnership with the Delivery Lead to allocate staff across projects. • Participate in strategic technical definitions with stakeholders. • Support pre-sales initiatives by contributing estimates, solution definitions, and technical presentations when needed. • Take part in recruitment processes, performance evaluations, and decisions related to team development. • Promote a collaborative environment, encouraging knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of services, APIs, and integrations, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance. • Ensure code quality and implement strategies to safely and reliably make changes to production systems frequently. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Mentor and support the growth of junior and intermediate engineers through knowledge sharing, pairing, technical guidance, and feedback. • Partner with Engineering Managers to evaluate team performance, provide input for annual reviews, and participate in hiring initiatives. • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative solutions to the team. • Collaborate with other Staff and Sr. Staff Engineers to create a community of practice and an overall organizational technical strategy for business success. • Influence and publishing within the organization and industry to effect positive change in business value and tech strategy within RB Global, along with advancing the craft of software development worldwide. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of organizational priorities.
