ServiceNow CSM Developer

GFT Technologies

• Design, development, and maintenance of scalable solutions. • Configure, customize, and evolve processes related to the CSM (Customer Service Management) module. • Develop applications using App Engine, including scoped applications. • Build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. • Perform performance optimizations and troubleshooting on scripts, workflows, and integrations. • Ensure data security through correct implementation of ACLs and access controls. • Participate in defining technical solutions, code reviews, and platform governance. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements.

Job Requirements

  • ServiceNow development
  • Advanced development with: optimized GlideRecord; GlideAggregate; Script Includes (Client-callable and server-side); GlideAjax; Scheduled Jobs; Business Rules; Client Scripts; UI Policies; performance tuning and scripting best practices.
  • Experience with: REST and SOAP APIs; IntegrationHub; Spokes; handling JSON and XML payloads; inbound and outbound processes; OAuth and Basic Authentication.
  • Advanced knowledge of: ACLs; data security; access segregation; Domain Separation in multi-company/multi-tenant environments.
  • Implementation and configuration of: Case Lifecycle; Service Catalog for CSM; Advanced Work Assignment (AWA); Agent Workspace; SLAs and OLAs; Service Portal and/or CSM Portal.
  • Application development using: Scoped Applications; App Engine Studio; Decision Tables; UI Builder (desired); versioning with Update Sets and/or source control (Git).
