Account Executive – CoCounsel Tax

• Lead end-to-end customer migrations from legacy platforms to CoCounsel Tax • Conduct migration discovery and readiness planning • Support sales and customer conversations to align migration strategy • Create and maintain migration and adoption artifacts • Lead recurring customer and internal working sessions to track progress • Support onboarding, enablement, and adoption through live walkthroughs and tailored training • Track migration health and adoption progress • Gather and synthesize customer feedback from migrations • Create internal readouts and recommendations
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Consulting, Sales Enablement, Product Support, or Technical Account Management
- Demonstrated experience supporting platform migrations, product transitions, or customer adoption programs
- Strong ability to translate customer workflows into practical requirements, action plans, and implementation approaches
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively across various teams
