Creditor Relations Administrator

Americor is seeking a Creditors Relations Administrator to join our team. The Creditor Relations Administrator will work in a fast paced, priority changing environment. The key responsibility of the Creditor Relations Administrator will vary depending on the needs of the department. Contact creditors for information or settlement. Work through an assigned list, such as the expired settlement list. Review scrub lists for accuracy. Letter reconciliation. Maintain professionalism; reliable, punctual, tactful, considerate of others, and practice open communication. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills, quick and efficient typing skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite is important.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Good judgment with a highly developed sense of integrity and ability to consistently adhere to company and department guidelines and accurately apply policies and procedures to various situations.
  • Superior time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills; able to work under deadline constraints while completing work accurately and efficiently.
  • Effective problem solver, able to research issues and resolve challenges with minimal supervision.

Research, request, acquire, and review medical records, provider notes, explanation of benefits and any other supporting documentation necessary, and then submit hospital claims to insurance companies to ensure prompt correct claims reimbursement. Conduct timely and thorough follow-up with payers to update claim system with accurate information and ensure supporting documentation has been received facilitating prompt reimbursement while making key decisions to ensure claim resolution. Prepare correct MVA billing packet using EnableComp systems tools and submit with all necessary supporting documentation to insurance companies. Communicate with patients or insurance adjusters via various mediums in order to discuss claim status and probability of timely resolution. Review and understand payer EOBs to determine appropriate actions with claim balance after auto insurance claim resolution. Other duties as required.
