Role Description The Senior Portfolio Manager will participate in performing financial research, underwriting, and review of highly complex relationships within the Commercial Portfolio Management area. This position will receive, review, and research business financial statements and tax returns that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Resolve moderately complex issues and lead the Commercial Portfolio team to meet project deliverables, while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Lead projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals. - Participate with the Commercial Lender in meetings with the client or prospects. - Interview applicants to obtain sufficient information concerning their specific projects, financial needs, and goals to make acceptable risk determinations for the existing portfolio. - Assist the Commercial Lender to assure that all relevant information is provided to the credit department in a timely and efficient manner. - Monitor ongoing risk of the exposure, including periodic reviews of the borrower and related entities. - Work closely with credit administrators, credit analysts, loan processors, and other staff to assure high level of quality was previously completed in each credit application. - Ensure current risk assessment of each credit facility is accurate and escalate credits for which they have identified increased risk. - Maintain tickler, tracking, monitoring, and reporting systems such as pending loan and collateral documentation, ongoing operational and financial documentation, completion status of annual loan reviews, and covenant tracking and reporting. - Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws appropriate to the position. - Foster a positive and engaging work environment for each team member by promoting skill development, coaching for improvement and growth, inspiring others through your words and actions, ensuring positive employee morale throughout Golden 1, and embracing our mission, vision, and core values. - Provide fundamental and technical advice to members of the management team regarding recommendations to favorably position the Credit Union. - Maintain knowledge in all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and economic influences and keep senior management informed of any changes. - Review call report schedules and other regulatory reporting. - Compile and present information action reports to senior management as required. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field preferred. - A minimum of five years or more experience in commercial portfolio management for financial institutions and broad financial analytics in the banking and financial services industry. Requirements - Advanced knowledge of the Credit Union’s business procedures and objectives. - Excellent demonstrated analytical, communications, organizational, and decision-making skills. - A mastery of oral and written communications skills. - Ability to think and implement strategically. - Broad and deep understanding of data and methods of data management and analysis. - Strong understanding of compliance requirements, enterprise risk management, and a broad and detailed understanding of the financial services industry. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and interact collaboratively and cultivate partnerships across the organization. - Strong business acumen and financial management skills. - Ability to take conceptual information and/or emerging trends and write management-ready, professional reports. - Solid understanding of technology and its utilization as a competitive enabler in financial services. - Strong interpersonal skills. Role Description The Patient Access Liaison (PAL) is a regional, field-based position that provides clinical disease state education and product education to patients and their families for our rare disease portfolio of products, oftentimes in the patient’s home. This patient-facing individual will work closely with patients, families, physicians, and other office staff to prevent and address barriers to access and help ensure optimal understanding of Catalyst’s medicines. The PAL will also be responsible for supporting advocacy for patients and providing educational resources and opportunities for patients. The PAL will interact with our HUB partners at Catalyst Pathways to ensure seamless communication with and to the patients and their families. This is a remote position covering the Houston Texas Geography. Potential candidates should reside in the Houston area.
