Responsibilities Case Cover & Transaction Management - Take temporary ownership of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion and file closure. - Progress transactions effectively, ensuring key milestones, exchanges, and completions remain on track. - Identify priorities requiring immediate attention. - Maintain accurate case records, notes, and activity updates within the case management system. - Resolve issues proactively to minimise delays and deliver positive customer outcomes. Collaboration & Communication - Develop strong working relationships with conveyancers and property lawyers across the business. - Provide clear file notes, updates, and recommendations to support smooth handovers. - Communicate proactively with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers, and other conveyancers throughout the transaction process. - Support colleagues during periods of increased workload or operational demand. Quality, Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. - Identify and resolve conveyancing issues across a range of transaction types. - Deliver work to a consistently high standard while meeting business performance expectations. - Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and client-focused service delivery.
