Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for LOVB Clubs, aligning initiatives with recruiting, participation, and revenue targets. Develop scalable, repeatable campaign frameworks that drive measurable lead generation for clubs and tournaments. Translate top youth business priorities into actionable digital initiatives that accelerate club and tournament growth. Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities across the ecosystem and implement solutions that improve conversion and ROI. Shift digital marketing from reactive support to a proactive, data-driven growth engine. Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, and emerging channels. Own campaign setup, targeting strategy, budget allocation, testing plans, and performance optimization. Lead centralized demand-generation pilots that can scale across multiple clubs. Partner with Brand and Creative to ensure campaign assets are conversion-focused and aligned with LOVB brand standards. Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve cost efficiency, lead quality, and enrollment outcomes.
