Senior Associate, Project Coordinator
Rowan Digital Infrastructure
• General project coordination across multiple projects that are in the construction phase within Rowan business model with a focus on detail and organization • Ability to support the project manager and project team in monthly, quarterly and yearly cash flow reporting and projecting • Reviewing and managing project cost controls, including accounts receivable support and invoice processing • Drive organization into project team, assisting with master schedule and milestones • Work closely with Rowan development, project executive, PM’s, safety and quality assurance team members and support project insight meetings to the construction team
Job Requirements
- 4-year degree in engineering or construction management or commensurate relevant experience
- Relevant Construction experience for large construction projects, ideally with data center experience with hyperscale clients.
- Knowledge of construction project fundamentals, including Document Control, Submittals & RFIs, Change Order Tracking and Procurement Tracking.
- Comfortability with monthly invoicing, cash forecasting and budgeting practices
- Proficiency in Procore and other construction management software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment
