Role Description Seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), with experience engineering solutions in Azure Cloud, as part of an international team. As an SRE, you are responsible for maximizing the reliability of Concord’s production environments, maintaining infrastructure designed for high availability, scalability, and serviceability, while ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards. Role Description We're looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Lead to join our Tech Support Engineering team in Argentina. As our SRE Lead , you'll drive the technical direction of production reliability, observability, and incident management across our platform. You'll work closely with Software Engineers, Product and Platform teams to improve production stability, automate operational processes, and build a strong reliability culture. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role where you'll combine technical expertise with people leadership, driving reliability initiatives while helping grow and evolve the Tech Support Engineering team.
