Customer Service Engineer – Senior Customer Support Engineer

PerkinElmer

• Install, optimize and maintain instruments • Troubleshoot and qualify instruments • Document each intervention in accordance with Quality procedures • Inform customers when the intervention is completed • Deliver internal and/or external technical training on the instruments

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Science: chemistry, physical measurements, materials science
  • Driving licence (category B) required for daily travel
  • Team player
