• Own the CX Analytics Engineering roadmap, distilling requests from Operations, Compliance, Risk, WFM, BizOps, and Product teams into a prioritized backlog • Drive program execution across data model builds, pipeline development, dashboard delivery, and regulatory reporting workstreams • Build and automate project management processes • Partner with CX Operations leadership, Compliance, and Data/Platform Engineering to resolve pipeline dependencies • Implement testing, monitoring, and documentation standards • Leverage AI-assisted workflows and tooling to compress speed-to-insight

• Drive the execution of analytics strategy through the discovery, development, and implementation of leading-edge analytics that answer important business questions • Align talent and resources to support enterprise and health plan needs by leveraging data to achieve strategic objectives and improve business performance • Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives, translating business goals into actionable solutions • Lead development efforts as a liaison with business and technical partners, including managing stakeholder expectations, requirements gathering, testing, deployment and user adoption • Prioritize team work, manage customer expectations and relationships, and maintain alignment of deliverables with business needs and strategic objectives • Serve as a strategic domain contact as well as point of escalation and accountability to ensure customer partnership and satisfaction • Partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization and communicate findings and insights to non-technical business partners • Independently engage with business leaders to understand market-specific levers and constraints • Leverage enterprise reporting tools to rapidly deliver data-driven insights and recommendations • Lead cross-team project collaboration between state-based health plans and business units, including IT, Finance, Network Development, and Payment Integrity • Mentor, manage, and ensure the continuous development of a team of analysts

• Support the migration of data sources into production environments while ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data processes • Contribute to a strategic initiative focused on ingesting and transforming various BDX data sources • Apply robust validation and quality-control logic • Deliver meaningful claims analytics and insights to business stakeholders • Validate and ensure the reasonability of data decisions, including handling duplicate claims and identifying line of business and claims-made vs. occurrence data • Review fidelity of validation and configuration logic: confirm appropriate columns are checked, ensure configurations are logical and functional, verify validation failures are handled correctly • Identify data anomalies in policy or related datasets and escalate to appropriate teams

• Oversee the entire data pipeline from instrumentation to presentation • Work directly with departments and senior leadership to decide what to gather and how to analyze it • Identify KPIs around engagement, retention, and churn, and design pipelines to collect them • Own the databases: schema, performance, health • Be hands-on with the ETL pipelines and the infrastructure supporting it • Automate reporting and create dashboards for a variety of audiences • Play the game
