• Execute complex HR data transactions and system activities across global HR platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established processes and service levels. • Maintain HR data integrity by supporting audits, controls, and data quality activities while proactively resolving discrepancies. • Deliver timely and accurate reporting and data insights that support operational and business decision-making. • Support HR systems administration activities, including access management, testing, enhancements, automation initiatives, and data validation. • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance service delivery through automation and digital capabilities. • Develop, maintain, and audit knowledge articles, process documentation, and work instructions to ensure alignment with standard operating procedures. • Participate in cross-functional projects, system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and data migration activities that support the evolution of Global HR Shared Services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience supporting business or HR systems, preferably including Workday and service management platforms.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience working with data management, reporting, and system administration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
