Support agency customer inquiries related to contract terms. Support federal sales and capture teams with contract guidance and compliance interpretation. Train internal staff on GSA contract requirements and best practices. Review orders for GSA compliance. Advise on eligible SIN usage, Order Level Materials (OLMs), and scope determinations. Assist with pricing strategies aligned with GSA requirements. Support agency customer inquiries related to contract terms. Reporting & Financial Compliance Review and approve sales transactional data reporting through the GSA Sales Reporting Portal. Ensure accurate calculation and remittance of Industrial Funding Fee (IFF). Assist with vendor / teaming partner reporting as needed. Support onboarding of new OEM partners and products under GSA. Recommend process improvements to enhance contract utilization and revenue growth. Monitor regulatory changes impacting GSA contractors. Familiarity with additional GWACs or IDIQ vehicles (SEWP, CIO-CS, NASA SEWP, etc.). 3+ years of experience managing GSA Schedule contracts, and Transactional Data Reporting. Experience with Government contracting, administration, and related compliance and reporting. Experience supporting audits or Contractor Assessment Visits. Experience with an IT reseller or systems integrator preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Government Contracting, Program Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred NCMA certification (CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM).
