Role Description ADP is hiring a Field Sales Manager, Enterprise Accounts. In this role, you'll grow new market share for our cloud-based Human Resources solutions to large market prospects (1,000 or more employees) within a defined territory. You will bring proven expertise and responsiveness to the table every day on a team dedicated to unparalleled partnership and unwavering relationships with our clients and prospects. - Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: Work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts. - Plan and Report to Achieve Success: Develop an annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned revenue and product goals. Compile "Account Plan" documents for prospective clients, describing existing products and services used, potential product sales, and related selling strategy to create a robust pipeline. - Market & Conduct Market Research: Develop prospective client sources utilizing various communication mediums, including personal contact mailings and planning client seminars. Utilize sales automation tools to define market penetration strategies, and identify and target competitive prospects to increase market share. - Collaborate Daily: Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to your clients, internal partners, and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. Qualifications - 5 or more years of sales experience. - A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. - Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success. Requirements - Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors is an asset. Role Description We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager who excels at building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth within a defined region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. - Sell therapeutic lasers into Veterinary clinics and other veterinary-focused treatment facilities - Achieve assigned revenue goals - Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners - Act as the main point of contact for customers within the territory, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly - Provide product demonstrations, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement a territory sales strategy to meet or exceed sales goals - Stay informed about Company’s products and services, as well as broader industry developments - Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications - Proactively support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations - Maintain a professional and credible image with key veterinarians, consultants, suppliers, and co-workers - Actively work to promote team building and morale within the department - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Results driven with a strong sense of accountability - Customer-focused with exceptional interpersonal skills - Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen - Ability to travel within assigned territory - Ability to work remotely and attend in-person meetings as needed - Perform other related duties and projects as assigned to support the overall success of the sales team and organization - Oversee a territory: Northwest Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required Requirements - 3+ Years of sales experience, preferably in territory or regional sales role - Experience in capital device sales into the animal health market - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
