TRADING OPERATIONS ANALYST

Role Description The Trading Operations Analyst supports daily trading and portfolio operations, ensuring accurate trade execution, account maintenance, and reporting. This role works closely with Portfolio Management and Client Service teams and reports directly to the Portfolio Management & Trading Operations Manager. This position is a fully remote position, but all eligible candidates must possess the ability to start their day at 6:00am PST, and must be available for occasional overtime. - Investing new accounts across various custodians - Executing trades for cash movements, investment changes, and account events - Ensuring all trades are completed accurately and in a timely manner - Verifying accounts are invested according to model and client discipline - Performing account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies - Analyzing account performance and activity - Reviewing reports and data queries to identify required actions - Produce daily reports for Portfolio Managers Qualifications - 0-3 years of trading operations or financial services experience - Knowledge of securities industry and custodial platforms - Experience with portfolio accounting or CRM systems - Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks and multiple priorities Requirements - A bachelor’s degree; comparable work experience may be considered
