• Design and build production-ready workflow applications that combine AI, business logic, enterprise integrations, and intuitive user experiences to solve complex business challenges. • Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions, designing workflow logic that accounts for real-world complexity, edge cases, and evolving business needs. • Build intelligent automations that orchestrate approvals, routing, SLAs, exception handling, and business rules across enterprise processes. • Connect enterprise systems using native connectors, and data transformations to create seamless end-to-end workflows. • Create AI-powered experiences that analyze requests, automate decisions, and guide users through complex business processes. • Troubleshoot workflows, integrations, and data synchronization issues while optimizing performance and reliability. • Collaborate with workflow architects and customers to iterate on solutions throughout implementation, testing, and deployment. • Develop reusable workflow components, implementation patterns, and best practices that improve delivery across the organization. • Demonstrate completed solutions to customers, incorporate feedback, and contribute ideas that shape the future of the Tonkean platform.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years designing or building technical solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable workflows and automation.
  • Experience implementing SaaS, workflow automation, integration, or low-code solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with JSON, data transformations, and system integrations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues where there isn't an obvious answer.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies, products, and business domains quickly.
  • Experience translating technical documentation and customer requirements into working solutions.
  • Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers to understand requirements, demonstrate solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Experience with workflow automation, integration, or low-code platforms.
  • Software development experience in any language.
  • Experience working with AI-powered products or enterprise automation.
