Role Description The Epic Willow Analyst serves as the primary resource for the design, build, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of Epic Willow Pharmacy applications. The analyst collaborates with pharmacists, clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams to ensure pharmacy workflows are effectively supported and optimized within the Epic electronic health record (EHR). Must be Epic Willow Certified. Key Responsibilities - Epic Willow Support & Maintenance - Configure, build, and maintain Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory applications. - Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, system errors, and workflow challenges. - Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities. - Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. - Workflow Analysis & Optimization - Collaborate with pharmacists and clinical stakeholders to understand operational needs. - Analyze current-state pharmacy workflows and design future-state solutions. - Develop and implement workflow enhancements that improve medication safety and operational efficiency. - Support medication ordering, verification, dispensing, and administration workflows. Qualifications - Epic Willow Certification. Requirements - Hourly range: $75-$85. The hourly range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
