Title and Summary Enterprise Operations Analyst II Overview: As the Enterprise Operations Analyst II, you will provide technical support for MasterCard's operations environment. Analyze information to determine MasterCard performance and areas of improvement. Test and verify the MasterCard infrastructure to ensure it meets specifications and requirements. The Role: • Monitor and take corrective action for problems while minimizing customer impact. • Create and/or update internal tickets to document monitoring and recovery steps. • Perform routine maintenance as required by policy or procedure. • Maintain metrics as defined by management. All about You: • Basic knowledge of routing/switching, tunneling, security operations/engineering, MPLS. • Basic UNIX scripting and tool monitoring, JCL, MVS, batch scheduling, knowledge of tandem technology. • Firewall experience and file transfer highly desired. • Demonstrates the ability to function in 4 of the 5 expertise areas on the OCC (Unix, Mainframe, Production Control, Debit, Network) and is proficient in 2 of the 5 OCC expertise areas. Is a subject matter expert in 1 of the 5 expertise areas of the OCC. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Skills/ Abilities: • Effective problem/troubleshooting skills. • Effective written and verbal communication skills.• Effective organization skills. • Effective interpersonal skills. Role Description The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for leading and supporting multiple transportation and yard management sites. This role directly manages Site Managers within the assigned region and ensures each location is operating safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer expectations and company objectives. - Oversee day-to-day performance across assigned yard management and transportation sites. - Lead, coach, and support Site Managers to drive safety, service, staffing, productivity, and accountability. - Review operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and create action plans for improvement. - Partner with site leadership to review staffing, workflow, equipment needs, trailer movement, billing, and customer requirements. - Ensure sites are meeting productivity, quality, safety, and customer service standards. - Maintain regular communication with Site Managers, customers, and internal leadership. - Address performance issues, employee relations concerns, and operational challenges that impact day-to-day business. - Support compliance with safety standards, company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. - Assist with planning and execution of operational improvements across yards and distribution centers. - Provide backup support for Site Managers when needed. - Complete other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Operations.
