We are looking for a high-energy, curious, and adaptable Corporate Accountant to join our growing Accounting team! This is not a transactional processing role — it’s a hands-on, high-visibility position designed for someone who wants broad exposure across accounting operations in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. Own the full accounts payable lifecycle — reviewing and coding invoices, coordinating approvals, executing payments, and serving as the primary point of contact for vendor questions. Review contracts to ensure accurate coding and payment terms. Oversee employee expense submissions and help strengthen real-time visibility into company spend. Maintain and reconcile commission trackers in partnership with Sales and RevOps. Validate revenue inputs and develop a working understanding of SaaS performance drivers. Prepare reconciliations, support prepaid schedules, assist with audit documentation, and contribute to a clean, timely month-end close. Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage automation, and increase efficiency. After one year, you’ll know you were successful if: Accounts payable and expense processes run smoothly with strong internal controls and minimal corrections. Commission tracking is accurate, well-documented, and aligned with revenue inputs. Month-end reconciliations are clean, timely, and strengthen the close process. You’ve identified and implemented at least one meaningful operational or automation improvement. You’ve built strong cross-functional relationships and are viewed as a trusted accounting partner.

The Senior Accountant plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. This position is responsible for managing complex accounting areas including lease accounting, internal control processes, and supporting external audits. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close activities Analyze financial statements and variances to ensure accuracy and completeness Support budgeting and forecasting processes as needed Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls over financial reporting Perform periodic reviews of control activities and recommend improvements Support documentation and testing of controls for SOX compliance (if applicable) Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure control procedures are embedded in business processes Prepare audit schedules and provide supporting documentation for external auditors Respond to audit inquiries and coordinate with auditors during fieldwork Assist in resolving audit findings and implementing corrective actions

This position involves providing the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers in the mortgage industry. Review financial and collateral documentation as required by the bank and the secondary market. Analyze and sign off on all required documentation including credit, income, asset, and collateral documentation. Demonstrate sound judgment and knowledge of the Bank’s underwriting guidelines. Complete underwriting analysis for residential loan applications and home equity applications. Update information in the mortgage system and follow up with Origination and processing staff on remaining conditions prior to closing. Ensure all Compliance and Regulatory requirements are met throughout the loan process. Monitor updates of current practices in loan underwriting including all investor standards. Protect the confidentiality of non-public customer information (NPCI) and the security of information technology resources. Participate in community development service within the Bank’s assessment area.

• Identify, design, and implement process automation solutions within finance workflows such as reporting, reconciliations, and forecasting. • Develop dashboards, models, and reporting tools to enhance data visibility and decision making. • Estimate at Complete (EAC) development, budgeting, forecasting, managing subcontractor hours, costs, and funding needs, as well as analysis of all contract cost and financial data. • Strong organization, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Being a business partner to program PMs providing well rounded financial analysis to help drive program decisions and understand potential impacts. • Serves as liaisons between the Program Team and cross-functional departments to perform financial research. • Manage monthly invoicing process, to include all aspects of AR (aged AR, reconciliation of unbilled balances, rate adjustments, cash collections, etc.) • Support monthly closing of financial key measurements (Revenue, Operating Income, Operating Cash Flow, etc…) and provide variance analysis. • Support ad hoc requests by internal management and external customers. • Ability to work independently, or in a team environment and with various organizational levels.
