Project Finance Analyst – Lead
Leidos
• Identify, design, and implement process automation solutions within finance workflows such as reporting, reconciliations, and forecasting. • Develop dashboards, models, and reporting tools to enhance data visibility and decision making. • Estimate at Complete (EAC) development, budgeting, forecasting, managing subcontractor hours, costs, and funding needs, as well as analysis of all contract cost and financial data. • Strong organization, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Being a business partner to program PMs providing well rounded financial analysis to help drive program decisions and understand potential impacts. • Serves as liaisons between the Program Team and cross-functional departments to perform financial research. • Manage monthly invoicing process, to include all aspects of AR (aged AR, reconciliation of unbilled balances, rate adjustments, cash collections, etc.) • Support monthly closing of financial key measurements (Revenue, Operating Income, Operating Cash Flow, etc…) and provide variance analysis. • Support ad hoc requests by internal management and external customers. • Ability to work independently, or in a team environment and with various organizational levels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of comprehensive Program Finance experience
- Hands-on experience in process automation and a demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence (AI)
- Prior government contracting experience is required and familiar with multiple contract types
- Must have good communication skills written and verbal
- Must have strong Microsoft excel experience
- Excellent analytical skills, able to identify financial drivers and perform high level and detailed analysis
- Able to work successfully in a team environment
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
