Analyst I – Mission Control

• Manage and resolve Data Exchange related issues with high precision, performing deep-dive research into automated alerts to minimize impact on service continuity, ensure data accuracy, prevent delays, and identify root causes. • Identify and confidently escalate operational risks early by monitoring queues for anomalies and unexpected data patterns. • Blend standard runbook execution with deep analytical research to resolve complex alerts, proactively identifying and flagging any outdated procedures to leadership. • Proactively identify and report incidents, supporting the resolution process from detection through to root-cause identification; with guidance from Analyst II’s or Leads when necessary. • Support cross-functional partners on complex escalations by compiling all relevant details, ensuring other teams have the necessary context to address the issue without further information. • Develop familiarity with payroll or money movement processes to better understand the business context of Data Exchange operations. • Build experience identifying trends and anomalies through data analysis to support proactive issue detection.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of relevant experience in an operational or real-time monitoring environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-precision resolution of Data Exchange issues.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and maintain high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to leverage available documentation to drive resolutions independently.
  • An aptitude for learning and applying foundational technical skills (e.g., basic querying or monitoring tools) to support troubleshooting efforts.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams; ability to support critical business needs outside of standard business hours as needed
