• Support product feature development, system enhancements, and cross-platform integrations across multiple SaaS environments • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Define user flows, business rules, validation logic, and system behaviors • Document workflows, integrations, and system dependencies • Support data field mapping and API documentation as required • Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement • Partner with engineering teams to proactively resolve ambiguity prior to development • Maintain organized and version-controlled documentation standards
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
- Demonstrated experience working with software development teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience documenting workflows, system requirements, and integrations
- Familiarity with SaaS or web-based platforms
- Ability to operate independently and manage priorities effectively
- Experience in healthcare, operational systems, or service-based platforms (preferred)
- Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore teams (preferred)
- Exposure to API integrations or technical documentation practices (preferred)

• The Business Analyst will be working on a project to implement capabilities for an enterprise financial software system and web application on an Agile product development team • They analyze requirements, develop user stories, and work closely with stakeholders, UX designers, application architect, and developers to ensure technical and system requirements are accounted for • The analyst will also work closely with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to plan and organize Sprints • Critically reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs, ultimately producing clear user stories, documentation, and other deliverables such as use cases, flow diagram, architecture diagrams etc • Facilitates discussions with the right stakeholders to clarify the scope • Works closely with product owners and managers to convert business requirements use cases into actionable tasks for the development team • Writes high quality user stories and ensures stories are refined and pointed in a timely manner to enable planned milestones • Leads and executes efforts to produce documentation related to system information architecture and processes which may include: technical requirements, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, high-level test cases, requirements traceability matrices, flow charts, wireframes/mockups, user stories, and use case documentation • Conducts presentations and communicates product features to both technical and non-technical communities and aids in the coordination and communication of cross-team initiatives • Paving and planning for technical project execution, tracking, presenting, and incorporating data-driven metrics to drive improvements, defining and recording current and future business processes and identifying potential improvements • The position will require working closely with Program and Project Managers and Project Architect / Technical Lead • Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders to help coordinate agile across the large program • Work with Product Owner to ensure a groomed, quality Agile backlog • Maintain project life-cycle documentation and tactical and strategic project tracking systems, primarily Atlassian Confluence, Jira, and Portfolio • Prepare and deliver status updates, working sessions, and program area updates
