• Own preparation and finalization of Statutory P&L and Balance Sheet with accuracy and timeliness. • Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / applicable accounting standards. • End-to-end ownership of GST, TDS, direct and indirect tax compliances, filings, assessments, and reconciliations. • Lead internal audit processes, risk assessments, and control testing. • Drive annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and periodic reforecasts in collaboration with business leaders. • Build and review financial models for business planning, scenario analysis, investments, and strategic initiatives. • Act as a thought partner on strategic, financial, and operational matters in close collaboration with the Founder.

• Support the finance controllership function across financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and financial analysis for the US entity • Maintain integrity of the General Ledger, chart of accounts, and accounting records • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes including reconciliations and journal entries • Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with US GAAP • Support tax compliance activities including sales tax, payroll taxes, and corporate tax documentation • Assist with regulatory filings and ensure adherence to US financial reporting standards and compliance requirements • Prepare schedules and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes • Work closely with operations, HR, and leadership teams to support financial reporting needs • Provide financial data and insights to support operational decision-making

• 5 to 10 years of strong experience in Python development • Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures • Experience working with Vector Databases (embeddings, similarity search, indexing) • Good understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agent integration patterns • Experience in Document Parsing & Extraction (PDF, structured/unstructured data) • Building Document Ingestion Pipelines (loading → parsing → chunking → embedding → storage) • Experience with Streaming APIs and SSE (Server-Sent Events) for real-time responses • Implementation of Document Citation / Source Attribution in LLM responses • Familiarity with LLM integrations (OpenAI / Bedrock / similar) • Experience handling metadata, indexing, and retrieval optimization
