• Lead the end-to-end implementation and deployment of Oracle Aconex solutions. • Design scalable Aconex solution architectures based on business and project requirements. • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into solution designs. • Configure Oracle Aconex projects, document structures, workflows, forms, correspondence, user roles, permissions, and security settings. • Develop implementation strategies, deployment plans, and solution roadmaps. • Lead technical workshops and provide expert guidance to business and project stakeholders. • Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Aconex and enterprise applications using available APIs and integration methods. • Plan and execute document and data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle Aconex. • Lead system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live activities, and post-implementation support. • Ensure compliance with document control standards, governance policies, and industry best practices. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend effective solutions. • Prepare solution architecture documents, technical specifications, deployment guides, and implementation documentation. • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Client Onboarding & Integration: Guide financial institutions and fintechs through seamless onboarding and integration processes. • Architecture & Deployment: Build secure, scalable deployment pathways that effectively bridge legacy and modern systems. • Hands-On Technical Support: Troubleshoot, resolve technical issues, and build solutions alongside client engineering teams in real time. • Commercial Collaboration: Partner with sales teams on technical proposals, product demonstrations, and comprehensive RFP responses. • Documentation & Guides: Maintain and continuously improve technical documentation, API references, and developer guides. • Product Feedback Loop: Gather technical feedback from clients and translate those insights into product and API improvements by collaborating closely with backend, security, and product teams. • Industry Representation: Represent the technology and brand at industry conferences, technical workshops, and high-level customer meetings.

• Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle, from discovery and solution design to validation through Proof of Value and Proof of Concept engagements. • Design scalable, enterprise-ready solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business goals. • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value, guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives, co-owning accounts and supporting strategic sales initiatives within the territory. • Represent the voice of the customer by feeding insights into Product and Engineering to shape roadmap and improvements. • Work closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and global Solution Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
