Role Description We are currently looking for experienced Italian Immigration Lawyers with a strong interest in Immigration and Global Mobility to join our international team as freelance collaborators. This role is ideal for professionals who want to focus on delivering high-quality legal solutions within a modern, international structure — without being involved in business development or administrative tasks. - Conduct virtual consultations with international individuals and corporate clients. - Advise on immigration and mobility strategies in Italy, including: - National visas - Residence permits - Work authorization routes - Family reunification - Long-term residence - Italian citizenship procedures - Manage applications and processes before Italian consulates, Questure, Prefetture, Sportelli Unici per l’Immigrazione, municipalities and other relevant Italian authorities. - Advise clients on key immigration and relocation requirements, including: - Documentation - Eligibility criteria - Procedural timelines - Post-arrival obligations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless mobility experience for clients. - Maintain organized case tracking and communication through CRM tools. Note: Lead generation is handled internally — you will work with qualified and validated clients. Qualifications - Law degree obtained in Italy. - +4 years of experience in Immigration Law, ideally with exposure to international mobility, relocation and corporate immigration matters. - Experience with key Italian immigration and mobility procedures, including: - National visas and residence permits - Elective residence - Digital nomad and remote work routes - Self-employment - Subordinate work permits - EU Blue Card - Family reunification - Long-term residence permits - Italian citizenship procedures, including citizenship by descent, marriage and residency. - Strong client management skills, especially with international individuals, companies and high-net-worth profiles. - Fluency in Italian and English. Spanish is a plus. - Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment. - Experience working with CRM tools or digital case management systems will be valued.
