Für dich besteht Social Media nicht aus organischen Posts und Redaktionsplänen, sondern aus fundierten Media-Budgets, strategischem A/B-Testing und messbarem Erfolg? Dann sollten wir uns unbedingt kennenlernen! Ab dem 1. September 2026 brauchen wir deine Unterstützung als Elternzeitvertretung in Teilzeit (ca. 30 Wochenstunden) für unser Paid-Social-Team – zunächst befristet bis zum 31.03.2028. - Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption, Setup, Steuerung und Skalierung von Paid-Social-Kampagnen (Fokus Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn) mit klarem ROI- und ROAS-Fokus. - Datengestützte Analyse der Creative-Performance sowie Erstellung von Briefings (UGC, Video, Statics) für unser Design-Team. Du verfasst zudem conversionstarke Ad-Copies und Hooks. - Konzeption und Durchführung von systematischen A/B-Tests (Creatives, Landingpages, Zielgruppen), um die Kampagnen-Performance kontinuierlich auf das nächste Level zu heben. - Erstellung transparenter Erfolgsanalysen und Reportings für unsere Kunden sowie die strategische Ableitung und Präsentation von Optimierungspotenzialen. - Effiziente Budgetallokation und fortlaufendes Testing von Gebotsstrategien, Zielgruppen (Audiences) und Platzierungen zur Maximierung der Performance. - Erstellung von Erfolgsanalysen anhand von KPI / Zielen und Ableitung von Optimierungspotentialen. - Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden auf Augenhöhe – strategisch, datengetrieben und lösungsorientiert. Qualifications - Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Marketing- oder Kommunikationsbereich bzw. BWL und erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im E‑Commerce-Umfeld oder auf Agenturseite. - Tiefgehendes, fundiertes Fachwissen im Umgang mit dem Meta Ads Manager (Business Manager); ein sicherer Umgang mit den Campaign Managern von LinkedIn, Pinterest und TikTok ist ein großes Plus. - Absolut zahlenaffin und beherrscht das Interpretieren von Performance-KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CVR, CTR). Dashboards (wie z. B. Data Studio) und Web-Analytics (GA4) sind für dich Standard-Werkzeuge. - Erfahrung und Freude im Umgang mit Kunden - am Telefon, per Mail und natürlich persönlich. - Hohe Eigeninitiative und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit. - Tiefes Verständnis für die Customer Journey (vom Erstkontakt bis zur Conversion) und eine analytische Herangehensweise an die Zielgruppenanalyse, um Streuverluste bei den Kampagnen zu minimieren. - Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich der modernen Online-Kommunikation – du weißt genau, wie Nutzer auf Social Media agieren und was sie zum Klicken und Kaufen bewegt.
