Digital Solutions Specialist

• Provide technology to enable capturing, archiving, live streaming and sharing of clinical video and other data • Execute current and future digital strategies to grow digital solution adoption by customers • Responsible for customer onboardings, performing workflow analysis and optimization • Conduct customer training and provide application support • Support the sales and marketing efforts with customer presentations and product demos • Lead customer meetings and train services in clinical settings • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years’ experience in procedural / OR healthcare software required
  • 2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations
  • Prior knowledge with EMR/PACS solutions is an advantage
  • Background in training of clinical and OR staff required
  • Knowledge of the Procedural/Operating Room environment required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Expertise and experience in delivering consulting services to the value to the customer required
  • Ability to deliver consistent and effective communication
  • Ability to discover and understand customer needs, engage, and inspire customers to adopt new and effective solutions
  • Highly organized and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Dutch, English, French preferred.

Role Description The Infusion Coordinator Lead is responsible for overseeing the coordination and scheduling of infusion treatments for gastroenterology patients, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient delivery of care. Acting as the primary liaison between patients, physicians, infusion nurses, and care coordinators, this role plays a critical part in managing the infusion process from eligibility verification to treatment follow-up. The Lead is proficient in navigating electronic medical records (EMRs), understanding GI-specific infusion protocols, and obtaining insurance authorizations to support accurate and compliant care delivery.
