Role Description We're looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager to join our team and help drive affiliate campaign performance while contributing to the growth of our brands through strong and long-term partnerships. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented specialist who enjoys building relationships with affiliate partners, optimizing campaign performance, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is data-driven, communicative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced iGaming environment while delivering measurable business results. - Launch, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns across multiple brands and GEOs; - Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring smooth campaign execution and timely support; - Work closely with Product, Finance, CRM, Design, and other teams to successfully launch and improve campaigns; - Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and help achieve business KPIs; - Keep campaign documentation and reports up to date while ensuring accurate tracking and execution; - Stay informed about affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and new traffic opportunities to continuously improve performance. Qualifications - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or digital marketing (preferably in iGaming); - Good understanding of affiliate marketing, traffic acquisition, and digital marketing principles; - Strong communication and relationship-building skills with partners and internal teams; - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven decisions; - Familiarity with tracking platforms, postbacks, landing pages, and campaign setup; - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; - Proactive, organized, and eager to learn and grow; - Results-oriented with strong ownership of assigned tasks.
