• Lead the Affiliate Department • Develop and execute the company's global affiliate strategy • Set objectives, conduct performance reviews and support employee development • Oversee strategic affiliate relationships and negotiate commercial agreements • Monitor department KPIs and identify improvement opportunities • Manage the Affiliate department budget • Identify new affiliate opportunities and strategic partnerships • Collaborate with CRM, Product, Finance, Payments and Compliance • Provide regular business updates and strategic recommendations to the CEO

Job Requirements

  • Several years of Affiliate Management experience, including leadership responsibility.
  • Strong experience within .com markets, preferably in iGaming.
  • Proven experience leading teams and developing high performing employees.
  • Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate business models, revenue share, CPA, ROI, LTV and commercial analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
