• Operate, maintain, and continuously improve OpenShift-based platform infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and availability. • Manage GitOps deployments through ArgoCD and support the CI/CD ecosystem, including Bitbucket, Nexus, and Harbor. • Investigate and resolve complex platform, networking, and application issues, performing Root Cause Analysis to prevent recurring incidents. • Support HashiCorp Vault, container platforms, and infrastructure automation using PowerShell. • Partner with development, infrastructure, security, and database teams to deliver reliable and scalable platform services. • Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams in German and English.
Job Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong experience with OpenShift (or Kubernetes), ArgoCD, and GitOps
- Experience with Bitbucket, HashiCorp Vault, Harbor (or Nexus), and CI/CD pipelines
- Good knowledge of Linux, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls), and PowerShell scripting
- Experience troubleshooting complex distributed systems and performing Root Cause Analysis
- Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Fluent German and English
- Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result.
